This exciting entrepreneur has developed ground breaking technology in the data analysis space. He's developed several markets for this technology that can provide highly relevant and pertinent information both in a graphical format as well as in reports that can improve business efficiencies, improve safety, reduce waste, increase mechanical performance amongst several other key areas.
Due to the maturity of this product and the take-up rate in the market, they are looking for either a Linguist or someone with Natural Language Programming experience to join a brand new team of Data Analysts.
As such, we are seeking a highly intelligent, highly creative individual who can assist them in moving down the path of improving language analysis performance.
Ideally you will have been involved with the development of visualisation and analysis methods for communication data, or come from a background at the intersection of computer science and social science, with an interest in technologies for journalism and communication research and practice. Otherwise, you might be passionate about Big Data, information technology, analytics and social media. Any involvement with text analytics technology would be advantageous.
The person we are seeking will be an autonomous self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are enthusiastic, you love learning and doing new things and innovating, coming up with your own ideas and are confident in expressing them.
You are a people person, a superb problem-solver, a creative thinker and solid team player. You enjoy working out the best way of doing something, such as process design. You are positive and radiate high energy. You can take direction and run with it and beyond.
