This global organisation manufacture therapeutic goods for the Australian and international markets. This company requires the assistance of Evolve Scientific Recruitment to source an experienced Validation Associate to join the team on a full time contract basis for approximately 6 months. There is potential for this contract to be extended past the 6 months.

Based at their state of the art facility 25 minutes from Melbourne CBD it has a great work culture and commitment to supporting its people.

About the role:

We are currently seeking a Validation Associate (Process Validation) who displays initiative and is self-motivated. The successful candidate will ensure all cycles are developed and validated according to TGA and FDA requirements.

Knowledge of FDA 2011 Process Validation guidance would be a distinct advantage.

Summary of role:

The primary focus of this role will be planning, developing and executing process validation activities.

• Generating validation protocols and reports ensuring practices meet regulatory standards (TGA & FDA)
• Undertake IQ,OQ,PQ
• Working closely with multiple departments to ensure all activities are completed
• Manage the performance of validation activities associated with changes to existing and new processes
• Develop validation plans, SOPS, programs and policies
• Manage audit preparations and provide support and defend areas of validation

To be successful in this position you will have Tertiary qualifications in Science and / or Engineering with previous relevant experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Management experience is advantageous.

You will be a quality-focused individual that possesses great leadership skills. The ability to demonstrate critical thinking is ideal. You will have good communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
