My client is an industry leading global brand who pride themselves on delivering a range of innovative analytics based solutions and products which are utilize to analyze and optimize their clients marketing strategy. With a large program of projects in the pipeline, two new full time/permanent positions have become available for experienced Data Scientists / Statistical Modellers to join the team and help deliver this ongoing volume of work. As a Data Scientist / Statistical Modeller under the supervision if the Lead Data Scientist the core responsibilities of the role will cover, but will not be limited to:

• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, developing an understanding of the marketing objectives and deliverables while discussing how analytics based approaches can be utilized to drive optimization, improve corporate performance and maximize ROI. 
• Undertaking the analysis of consumer behavioural data, market intelligence and econometric variables to produce and communicate data driven insights, reports, analysis and models on specific matters relevant to the business needs objectives (requires SAS Base, SQL, SPSS Modeller/Clementine, R and Tableaux)
• Assist in the delivery of a range of cutting edge projects and product development initiatives utilizing concepts such as Market Mix Modelling, Attribution Modelling, Propensity Modelling (Churn/Acquisition/Cross Sell/Up Sell), Segmentation Analysis, Pricing Optimisation, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, Next Best Offer Analysis, Significance Testing, Decision Trees, Neural Networks etc. (requires SAS Base, SQL, SPSS Modeller/Clementine, R and Tableaux)

The successful applicant will come from a proven background working in a data driven analytics environment, where delivering strategic insights from large data sets has been a key focus. You will be able to demonstrate:

• Strong stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to build relationships while managing expectations in a fast past environment.
• Excellent time management and work prioritisation skills 
• An appreciation of advanced analytical techniques that may include but not limited to; Market Mix Modelling, Attribution Modelling, Propensity Modelling (Churn/Acquisition/Cross Sell/Up Sell), Segmentation Analysis, Pricing Optimisation, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, Next Best Offer Analysis, Significance Testing, Decision Trees, Neural Networks etc
• Technically strong with skills in some of the following SPSS (SPSS Clementine, SPSS Modeller), R, SQL (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server etc), SAS (SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS E-Miner), Excel/Access/VBA, PowerPoint, etc 
• Educational background within a highly numerical discipline that may include, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Actuarial Science etc
