Our client is a growing, well established Australian company that supplies Construction chemical products to B2B markets.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Manager or Product Development Manager looking for the next step.
The role:

Leading and managing the Product Development, Quality and Compliance teams
Responsibility for continuing product development to meet client requirements
Manging local Quality and over seeing compliance of Contract Manufaturers
Includes a reasonable amount of travel to Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas
Reports directly to the CEO

The successful candidate will have:

Product Development or Technical Management experience in a chemical or chemically related industry (e.g. Cement,construction chemicals, Lubricants, coatings, adhesives, etc)
Demonstrated leadership success
Strong Product Development and Innovation success..
Excellent chemistry knowledge (particularly organic chemistry)
Tertiary qualifications in Science (Chemistry)
Availability to travel internationally on a semi-regular basis
