About the role:
CozWine requires an experienced Laboratory Technician to become an integral part of an Adelaide Hills based Estate producing some of Australia's finest wines and premium ciders. You will be required to assist winemakers and cellar hands by testing samples/ analysis throughout the wine production process. We are looking for team oriented people, preferably with cellar knowledge, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the work is completed on time in this fast past environment.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience within a wine or food based laboratory
- Ability to effectively qualify your own analysis
- Accurate data and analysis entry
- Capability to troubleshoot and learn new processes quickly
- Level-headed ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Experience working with both Wine and Cider would be highly regarded
Testing:
You may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing and complete online testing prior to commencement.
