About the role
Reporting directly to the Property Manager.
You will be required to undertake the following activities:
• Inspections, entry, routine and exit reporting
• Manage tenant viewings of rental properties
• Liaise with and assist prospective tenants seeking a property
• Process tenant applications
• Preparation of lease documentation
• Co-ordinate advertising
• Tenancy communication
• Administration – maintaining files, database and marketing material.
