We are a dynamic team of dedicated people who are committed to offering high quality service in Residential Sales and Property Management.

The Property Experts are based out of a prominent site in Seacliff Park and offer our services for properties located south of Adelaide.

You will have experience working within Residential Sales either in the south of Adelaide area or are relocating to a southern location. You will be looking to work with a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.

To be considered for this role you must:
•Have a current SA Real Estate license
•Strong sales, negotiation & persuasive skills with a proven track record
•Have at least 12 months current or recent local real estate experience preferably in Adelaide.
•High level of organisational and time-management skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Proficient PC skills
•Provide high level of service to clients

The position available is for a full time sales person and an attractive salary/commission structure is on offer based on experience.

You will receive on-going training opportunities and strong sales support. Have access to an established database and the opportunity to work with other experienced Sales people offering a combined 30 years in the industry. You will have up-to-date systems, effective tools and marketing materials to assist in your successful career growth. Ongoing IT support with Manager having over 15 years IT industry experience.
