Located in sleek offices in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, amongst a hub of café’s and busy retail and lifestyle precincts, this is an agency that offers nothing but accountable results for their high end clientele. With a close knit, dynamic team that work extremely well together, they are currently seeking a driven Senior Property Manager to join a streamline team with low staff turnover.

Monday – Friday, this is a position for a Department Head to work alongside a panel of top performing directors and amongst approximately 25 staff members. You will be the 'go to' person for a streamline Property Management division while managing a neat, tidy and local portfolio portfolio. Your day to day duties will include:

Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 160 properties
Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
Conducting repairs and maintenances
Rental arrears management
Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
1 x Leasing Consultant and 1 x Administrator for support
NO accounts
Managing new and existing staff members
Recruiting and training of new team members
Mentoring, training and reporting figures
Ensuring the team follow procedures and meets their KPI’s
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings
Reduce tenancy arrears

The Candidate:

Previous Property Management experience
A current Certificate of Registration
Own car and Drivers license
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great presentational skills
Be a motivated self-starter
Ability to manage a Junior Property Manager or Property Associate
