This role is a full-time position to cover Maternity Leave.
Cairns Property Office have based the business on good service, integrity and strong local knowledge of the market place.
We have a fantastic team culture in our Property Management Department including Port Folio Managers, Financial & Administration & Business Development to support & assist you in every aspect of this position.
Your role will include the following:
- Repairs & maintenance management
- Liaising with contractors
- Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
- Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews, increases & renewals
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years' minimum experience with current certificate of registration
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong computer skills,
- High attention to detail
- Be extremely organised.
- Be proficient in Console desirable
- A current drivers licence & reliable car
- Demonstrate a professional demeanour and be immaculately presented
- A motivated, ambitious & positive outlook
