About the Role
Reporting to the Director of the Coorparoo Office, the position of Property Manager is all about providing world class property management service to our landlords and tenants. Working within a team of three, this role is required to support the continuous growth of our portfolio and is available for immediate start.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of 110 properties
- Responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties, lease renewals.
- Conduct inspections of properties periodically
- Liaise with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within portfolio
- Participate in all training and development opportunities
- Assist BDM in leasing and process new listings
- General Administration as required for the department

Skills & Experience
- Hold a current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
- At least one-year experience as a Property Manager
- Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- An ability to thrive while working under pressure
- First class presentation, communication and customer service
