Responsibilities will include:
· Providing professional investment advice
· Property and Real Estate Sales
· Liaising with clients for potential selling and listing of properties
· Performing a listing presentation to a potential vendor
· Conducting private inspections and open homes
· Signing up offers and negotiating
· Marketing property
To be successful in this role you will need:
· Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
· To be accomplished multi-tasker in fast-paced environments
· To be fast learner with can-do attitude
· To be highly motivated, confident and driven individual
· Ability to deliver your targets in a demanding environment
· Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin
· Current Driver's License and your own vehicle
