Our client has an excellent reputation in the Strata industry, they're an established and well recognised industry leader for training, services & development. They have a team of top performing Strata Managers who work in teams with junior assistants to manage buildings in the St George/Sutherland Shire area. 

Managing a small rent roll of 60 building with approx 700 lots, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Attending Meetings
• Creating Work Orders
• Budgeting
• Building Client Relationships
• Work orders and liaising with trade people

The successful applicant will have at least three years plus Strata Management experience, in addition  you will have first class communication skills, the ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
