Due to continued growth our client has a newly created role for an experienced Property Manager with ideally a minimum of 18 months experience managing their own portfolio. 

• Minimum of 18 months proven property management experience or hotel/apartment management experience
• Thorough understanding of current legislation
• Confidence dealing with landlords and tenants
• Knowledge of REST and File Smart

A Certificate I in Property Management is essential and you will need to have a valid driving licence.
