What You Would Be Doing:
· Provide training sessions to sales team members
· Mentoring the sales team and offer assistance and supervision during sales process
· Develop and implement business development opportunities
· Prepare sales reports and team member performance reports
· Achieve KPI's and targets along with the sales team
What We Are Expecting From You:
· Proven 3 years sales management experience
· Current Real Estate License
· Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin
· Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
