ABOUT
Lease Advisors is currently seeking a full time Junior Property Analyst to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate must be goal oriented and self-motivated with excellent verbal and communication skills. Lease Advisors is a rapidly growing financial & property service company which offers career growth opportunities for those who excel.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for supporting our sales team in lead generation and qualification and working alongside our Operations and Data Manager.
Day to day responsibilities include:
• Reporting to the Regional Manager
• Generate and qualify potential interest by contacting established leads
• Provide the sales team with qualified interest
• 20+ Outgoing sales and research calls per day
• Data entry and improve lead quality in CRM
• Assisting the Operations & Data Manager with day-to-day duties
SKILLS
This is a newly created role due to the rapid growth within the organisation and will be a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a high level of communication with a passion for achieving results.
In addition you will have:
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written with the desire to make a large number of outgoing daily calls
- An outgoing and confident personality with a professional attitude
- Confident in dealing with people of all levels, ages, and backgrounds
- Desire to work in a team environment and a strong motivation to be successful
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and results-driven
- Organizational skills to manage large prospect databases
- A basic understanding of financial concepts and the property industry
- Background in property, finance or telesales preferred
