Reporting to the CEO of Harcourts Queensland, you will be a senior member in our incredible team. As a definite advantage, you will possess a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry and the key success drivers of Real Estate business and Property Management. Your primary focus will be to support the growth of our businesses' Property Management teams and their portfolios, along with assisting the Queensland team to bring on new businesses.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating strong relationships with business owners to provide support through business planning, Quarterly reviews and office visits
- Assisting business owners in developing strategies to grow their Property Management business and drive efficiencies
- Coordinate a full training calendar and deliver Property Management training
- Be an active contributor to the Property Management Operations Team, the Harcourts Queensland team and the wider Harcourts family.
In this role you will need the following skills:
- Excellent Real Estate and Property Management knowledge with experience in all roles within property management and the key tasks and responsibilities that go with each role
- The ability to understand and interpret business financials
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (ideal but not essential)
- Property Occupations Act Sales Person Certificate (Minimum)
- Current Driver's License and reliable car
