At least two / three years Real Estate experience is MUST
Current LREA
Excellent communication and written skills
Communication with landlords and tenants
Negotiation of Retail / Commercial leases & Residential
Chasing up arrears
Liaising with tradesmen
Handling repair and maintenance requests efficiently
Organizing routine inspections
Rent reviews
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to multi task and a 'CAN DO' attitude
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Application
Prepare claims for rental bonds
Attending tribunal hearings
Mandarin speaker preferred
Start work immediately
Great presentation
Must have own car
