Our Client
Our client is a global property developer with a number of high profile developments across Australia. With their head office in Melbourne, this group are looking to appoint a Design Manager to join the Property Team and work across a national pipeline of projects. 
   
The Role
This is a hands-on role as Design Manager where you will be responsible for all elements of design to ensure that technical requirements are met:

• Coordinating a diverse consultant team
• Establishing and Maintaining Design Guidelines
• Driving and managing a diverse consultant team
• Liaising with builders to drive effeciencies
• Value Management
• Document control 

About You
This role will suit a proven Design Manager who has experience working for a builder and is now looking to transition to the client side. Ideally you will have exposure to high-rise developments in either the commercial or residential sectors. You will have excellent communication skils and an ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. High attention to detail and an ability to implement strong systems and procedures are non-negotiable.
