About the role:

Reporting directly to the National Valuation Support Manager, the key responsibilities of this fast-paced role include but are not limited to receiving and registering client valuation requests, communicating with clients and WBP valuers to ensure a flow of information, proactively resolving client queries and issues; and submitting valuation reports.

Hours of Work:

  • Full time;
  • Monday to Friday;
  • To ensure adequate support is provided to our interstate teams our operational hours are between 8am and 8pm.

Our best Valuer Support Coordinators have a proven track record of building productive relationships, they can manage their time in this fast paced environment; and are at their optimum in this highly autonomous role.They have a 'can do attitude' and are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.

They have experience in either a call centre, a fast paced office environment or within the property industry and have the communication skills, interpersonal skills and PC skills to show for it!
