One of Gough Recruitment's national clients, who are national leaders in property, currently require an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to manage one of their assets in North Queensland. 

The successful applicant will have the ability to:

• Communicate and develop good working relationships with tenants 
• Manage and lead a small tight knit team
• Identify leasing opportunities 
• Be organised and professional 
• Adhere to reporting deadlines 
• Identify opportunities for cost savings 
• Understand the principles of marketing a shopping centre 
• Understand retailer profitability 
• Interpreting industry trends and benchmarks 
• Understand property and accrual accounting principles
• Maturity in dealing with sensitive issues

The successful applicant MUST have:

• Shopping Centre management experience is essential for this role
• Strong leadership skills and experience with managing a team
• Strong financial acumen and focus on the centres performance
• Experience with managing an asset through redevelopment is ideal
