About the Client: 
A boutique, small knit firm offering a warming & welcoming team. They have now opened the opportunity for a Senior Owners Corporation Manager to be heavily involved in the operation of Melbourne's most prestigious Eastern Development. 

About the role:

• Setting up Strata Schemes
• Arranging and chairing the initial AGM
• Efficient and pro-active management of schemes
• General correspondence
• Drafting Agendas & actioning minutes
• Project managing the defects process
• Conduct meetings and direct strategy
• Reporting and budget setting / monitoring

What you need: 

• 4 plus years Owners Corporation Management experience 
• A Strong relationship builder
• A reliable car & licence
