Ray White Patterson Lakes is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/ Sales Cadet to work closely with one of our Principals and to play a major role in our growth strategy for the Bayside suburbs of Melbourne. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their Real Estate skills whilst benefiting from working closely to learn what is required to be a top performer in the real estate industry.
The candidate will also have the following:
- Current Agents rep certificate
- Ability to work independently
- Prepared to work hard and work on Saturday's
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Great personality and professional presentation
- Reliable car and current drivers license
- Self-motivated to consistently achieve set KPI's
- Able to work well in a team environment
- A sound knowledge of data base growth and management
- A focus on customer care
We will provide comprehensive training and assistance from Australia's largest Real Estate network. We are looking for someone who wants to grow themselves and build a rewarding career and remain in the one office for the long term.
