What this job involves
JLL has a terrific opportunity at one of Perth’s most well-known commercial assets. You will be responsible for coordination & implementation of the day to day operation, maintenance and repairs of the building. This includes ensuring mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic and lift services contracts adhere to established policies, procedures and legislative requirements. You’ll also be responsible for the day to day compliance of the site with OHS requirements and safe work processes.
The team comprises a small group of professional & administrative staff of different disciplines, working closely together, with the support of JLL, to meet our clients’ objectives for this premium asset.
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You will have a proven background in building services & operations and it is preferred you have a trade certificate in electrical or mechanical. You’ll have a good understanding of building systems including familiarity with building services software system as well as knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and requirements
You enjoy working effectively as part of a small committed and multi-disciplinary team and are willing to make a personal commitment to the property, and in doing so, acknowledges that the job is not 9 to 5 and requires responsibility being taken to ensure the matter at hand is dealt with efficiently
Excellent communication skills are important– both written and spoken - and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines
