Real Estate Receptionist - Barry Plant Craigieburn
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Real Estate Receptionist to commence their Real Estate career, working for our Barry Plant Craigieburn Office.
As Director of First Impressions, we are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, with exceptional organisational skills and elite communication skills.
As you will be the face of Barry Plant Craigieburn, professionalism is of the utmost importance.
Successful Candidate must have:
- A current Agents Representative Certificate
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Outstanding phone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assist both Sales & Rental Teams with ad-hoc activities
- Office Inventory – order supplies for vendors & suppliers and follow up with them to ensure a timely and correct delivery
- Skills in Macpro (basics) & Agent Box
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
To work in Real Estate, you do require an Agent Representative Certificate. You can simply obtain this, but just because you have this certificate does not guarantee you a job in real estate.
