Our client is a leading Australian Property Group with a large portfolio of retail assets across the country. They have a current opportunity for a Leasing Executive to join their Sydney team. With a remit to maximise wealth, revenue and asset value across the portfolio, this role will see you responsible for the leasing across both static and development Centres.
Joining a collaborative and highly astute Leasing team,yo will be an experienced Leasing Executive that can hit the ground running.
The right person will have:
- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
- 3+ years project and static leasing experience
- Property industry experience with a national landlord or retailer (Preferred)
- Pre-existing relationships with key retailer clients and their leasing representatives
- Strong negotiation skills
- Impeccable organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A team player
- Tertiary qualification in Property Management, Valuation or similar (Preferred)
