This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join one of Melbourne’s premier agencies operating for over 40 years in the inner north-eastern & inner northern suburbs of Melbourne. They are offering the opportunity for an experienced residential Senior Property Manager to join their award winning team   award nights and staff dinners.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday plus Only 1 in 6 Saturdays, managing a high end, well-maintained portfolio with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing a clean boutique portfolio of 165 properties local to Moreland Area
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• Experience with RP Office Ideal but Not Essential
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
