To be considered for Property Leasing Manager:
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Property manager or Property manager and should possess a comprehensive understanding of the Hurstville and St George rental market. You must be able to work autonomously, taking initiative and providing a premium service to all stakeholders. You will have a passion for delivering five-star customer service and a love of working in a fast-paced environment. Written, verbal and organizational competencies should be first-rate and an ability keep calm and carry on under pressure is mandatory.
What's required:
- Have minimum 1-2 years related working experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- it is preferred but not essential to have the ability to SPEAK, READ and WRITE in Chinese
