We are looking for a career minded property manager that can see potential in a business as well as nurture an already successful property management business. If you have dreams of one day being a Director or Business Partner or looking to be more than just a team member then this is the role for you.

Our client is a leading developer in the Bayside/South East. Due to ongoing growth within the Property Management division, we are now seeking an experienced Property Manager that is wanting to mentor and develop the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the team and property management team forward.

About the position:

Mentor/train a growing team
Initially manage a portfolio with a full-time assistant
Implement changes and roll out new policy and procedures where required
Work with the Directors and offer guidance around improvements and changes
Excellent salary on offer $70k-$85k based on exp + commission for new business - on target earnings $100k+
Offer for equity in the business after 12month
Saturday on occasion to assist team
