Your new role
The Senior Sales Director plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on customer satisfaction. In this position, you will create goals that comply with the attainment of the business’s overall objectives and strive to meet and exceed these goals within the sales team. As the Sales Director for this successful organisation you will be responsible for all aspects of the real estate sales team including the internal sales team and external agents, developing the sales strategy and focusing on engaging with externals, stock availability and ensuring your team are on track with their KPI’s.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this position will ideally come from a similar role or background, must have had 5 years or more experience in a sales position within a complex and fast paced business, preferably as a sales manager. You will have established contacts and relationships within the business’s industry in addition to having experience working with sales account databases and CRM platforms. You will also have exceptional sales skills and a consistent track record in sales conversion success and performance and impeccable interpersonal and people skills.
