As they continue to grow, our client is seeking an energetic Senior Property Manager to join their team and build on their success.

The Role:  

• Manage 170 - 180 properties
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service to landlords and tenants
• Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships
• Triage maintenance issues and recommendations
• Conducting tenant sign up meetings and vacating meetings

Skills and Experience:  

• 3-5+ years' Property Management experience
• Agent Representative Certificate
• Friendly, professional customer service approach
• Excellent presentation & communication
