An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and vibrant office located in Parramatta as an Investment Leasing Officer.
This position is suited to someone that thrives on customer service and has an outgoing personality.
You will be responsible for the below (but not limited to):
- Handling rental enquiries
- Conducting open houses and private inspections
- Application processing
- Ingoing inspections
- Liaising with tenants and property owners
- Lease signings
- Assisting Property Managers
To be successful you will need to possess the following:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Exceptional time management skills
- Friendly manner
- Computer knowledge
- Current driver's license and reliable car
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Experience required
- Immediate start
This is a full - time position working Monday - Saturday with an RDO during the week.
