Key Responsibilities

• Be an effective member of the Real Estate Management Team
• Drive and deliver profitable client portfolios.
• Ensure the collection of fees are in accordance with Managing Agency Agreements and in line with the companies International policies
• Co-ordination of Tenancy Fitouts
• Co-ordination of Tenancy Make Goods
• Prepare Monthly Turnover and Traffic Count Reports
• General support to General Manager as required
• Set and maintain a high level of engagement with clients and tenants
• Develop and maintain client relationships, by offering compelling client solutions and brand attractiveness
• Foster an environment of innovative and best practice to maintain and develop a competitive position

Competencies & Role Requirements

• Background in commercial property management
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience within property management
• Knowledge of Retail Leases Act
• Strong client and tenant relationship building skills, continually striving to maintain and strengthen all contacts within the industry to promote the company and the professionalism of the Real Estate Management discipline
• Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects
• Current and valid Estate Agent’s Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Proven ability working within dynamic task environment using prioritising and organisational skills, and to think clearly under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
