The Role:
This is a position working amongst a solid team of Commercial Property Managers. Working across an impressive portfolio of commercial and industrial properties you, you will be responsible for:

• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Assisting in a task based portfolio 
• Organising up on building works and repairs
• Lease renewals and negotiations
• Calculating ingoings and outgoings
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Maintaining relevant registers
• Monthly reporting

The Candidate:

• A keen interested in Commercial Property Management
• Previous Property Management Experience
• Certificate of registration
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work in a systematic and organised way
• Ability to work in a team
