Our Client who is specialised in real estate finance and investment are seeking an analyst to join their Sydney based team. The client has experience across all major property asset classes including specialist real estate assets and they aim to add extra value at every stage of the process.
A newly created role has been established to aid the development team. You will be responsible for modeling scenarios for investments across the group. The role will also be responsible for dealing with lenders and banks and maintaining those strong relationships as well as aiding the due diligence process and helping create the lease documents.
Your modelling skills will be coupled with exceptional communication skills and superb senior stakeholder engagement. You may be CA/CPA or CFA qualified and gained your modelling skills from property, finance, corporate development or professional services. The ideal candidate will come from a real estate or property background.
