The positions will suit industry professionals looking for a flexible working lifestyle of 4 to 8 hours work per week. You might be:

Successful candidates will be employed on a casual basis as required by our clientele to provide assistance in one or more of the following areas:

  • Answer queries from owners, committee members, solicitors, property managers and contractors;
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities;
  • Liaise with and report to body corporate committees;
  • Facilitate committee and general meetings;
  • Prepare notices of meetings and minutes of meetings;
  • Manage conflicts and disputes;
  • Select and appoint contractors;
  • Implement compliance with the various obligations imposed under relevant strata and community title legislation and associated legislation;
  • Perform administration such as recording bills and creating levy invoices;
  • Monitor and report on financial activities and maintain records.

Candidates will be able to organise completion of non urgent works around their lifestyle.

Successful candidates will be paid at a competitive rate for the time worked.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • At least 24 months experience as a Body Corporate Manager or Assistant
  • Certificate IV in Property Services is highly desirable
  • First class communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of Body Corporate Management
  • Ability to respond to requests in a timely fashion
