Manage the Property services of a multi-site, independent P-12 school in Melbourne's south-east.

Your new company
This leading P-12 school is a multi-campus community with a mix of old and new sites in its property portfolio. With emphasis on a sense of community and valuing their staff, you will be joining a property team during a time where a focus on preventative maintenance is key.


Your new role
Reporting into the Operations Officer, you will be managing an expanding Property and Facilities team in a permanent capacity. This role will see you responsible for the management of a reactive and preventative maintenance program, with particular focus on the establishment of asset lifecycle plans of a multi-site school in Melbourne's inner south-east suburbs.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in property, with a trades background essential.

  • experience auditing the condition of the built environment
  • ability to provide technical advice on asset lifecycle
  • strong understanding of the BCA, AESC and relevant regulations
  • valid driver's license and ability to acquire a bus driver's license
  • national police check as well as WWCC
  • excellent stakeholder engagement and communication, both written and verbal
  • experience managing internal staff as well as external service providers
  • previous experience in a school environment will be highly regarded
