We are looking for an organised and confident candidate who can work well under pressure to join our Property Team as an Assistant Property Manager. This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment.

Highland Property Agents exploded onto the real estate scene in 2007, and since then the company has gone from strength to strength. We have two offices based at Cronulla and Sutherland with over 100 staff members, ranked 30 in the top 50 Sales offices nationwide. We have a steady stream of hiring due to natural growth, which is extremely exciting as with growth comes opportunity and progression. We provide staff with exceptional support through training, mentorship and in-house processes.

We have a great culture made of strong and organised processes, social team interaction and dynamic internal events.


Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Handling all leasing enquiries
  • Creating and placing property advertising online
  • Opening and running property inspections
  • Liaising with tenants for inspections
  • Application administration – credit/reference checks
  • General administrative duties
  • Working on rotating roster for Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid week RDO


In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to deal with conflict resolution      
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working well under pressure
  • Confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Happy to manage lengthy administrative reports
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable
