Supporting one of our Property Managers, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your specific duties will include but not limited to:
Conducting open homes
Ingoing & outgoing inspections
Routine inspections
Diary Management
Lease sign ups
Preparing leases and lease packs
Rental administration duties
This is an integral role supporting a proactive and loyal team. We are seeking someone that has a current Agents Rep. Some Real Estate experience and Console knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
