The Company & Your New Role

Our client is renowned for their long standing team, friendly work ethics and encouragement of work-life balance. Operating under one of Australia's favourite Real Estate brands as part of a solid team of 8, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Effectively manage a portfolio of 116 properties
• Conduct periodic, ingoing & outgoing inspections with condition reports
• Repairs & maintenance duties
• Liaising with both tenants & landlords
• Bringing on new managements
• Database management: Console
  
  

Work alongside another property manager and a leasing executive!

About you..

• NSW Certificate of Registration, vehicle & license
• Ideally 2 years' experience in Property Management
• Experience managing your own portfolio
• Bringing on new managements is a strength of yours
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Live reasonably locally to Lower North Shore area
