Have you just completed your Real Estate Training or looking at completing a realestate traineeship?
Deville is a vastly growing Real Estate organisation based in the heart of Castle Hill CBD and we are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and self motivated individual who wants to learn every aspect of real estate.
The successful candidate will be a part of a modern & dynamic team of Real Estate professionals who extremely proud of their achievements and results in the Hills District.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of Residential Real Estate such as Sales, Property Management and Developments. You will be required to assist the Sales and Property Management Departments whilst progressing your career into more senior roles.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Support the Property Management & Sales Team
• Prospecting
• Showing homes
• Inspections
Real estate experience will be an advantage however, ongoing training will be provided for the right candidate and you will have the opportunity to learn from a highly successful Real Estate team.
To be successfully shortlisted, you will be required to have:
• Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License - Not required if you are completing the traineeship within our office
• Local area knowledge
• Current drivers License
• Reliable Vehicle which is comprehensively insured
• A fantastic attitude to work hard to become successful
• Great presentation and well spoken
• Must be available to work Saturdays
