RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
You will be responsible for an established Fremantle based portfolio of approx. 130 properties. You will be supported by a shared assistant and support offered by M/Property's other Property Managers and a helpful energetic team. The successful candidate will be someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills, maturity, a positive work ethic and a passion for Property Management.
As an experienced PM you MUST hold a current Property Management Registration with minimum 3 years experience, your own vehicle with a current driver's licence and experience using REST is essential. Some knowledge of trust accounting is favourable but not essential. We operate in a multi-faceted industry that requires excellent communication, computer and organisational skills.
As this role is within a fast-paced environment you will need to hit the ground running, self-manage your work load and provide a service that will continue to see M/Property at the forefront of our industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approx. 130 properties;
- Routine Inspections;
- Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals;
- Management of Arrears;
- Repairs & Maintenance;
- Landlord and Tenant Liaison; and
- Assisting with other general property management duties.
Car parking space and mobile phone are provided in addition to your salary.
