Accelerate your success by becoming a leader within our highly regarded Valuations and Advisory team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial valuer to work alongside our experienced team of professionals and specialise in commercial valuations.
You will perform a wide variety of tasks including the collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of market evidence and the delivery of timely and accurate valuation reports.
In addition, you will:
- Assist in providing specialized property valuations and advisory services
- Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Assess current market values for properties
- Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
- Work collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
Qualifications
To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate property databases
- An ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office skills
- A Proactive and self-motivated attitude – keen to add value to the team
- Degree qualification in property valuations field with strong academic achievement
