Ripple Realty are a boutique residential sales and property management Agency established in 2011. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer experience and luxury branding in the Southern Tasmania real estate sector.
We require a Senior Property Manager of the highest calibre. We understand that property management is a taxing role, but it can be incredibly rewarding when you are in a team that provides:

- A guarantee that you will manage an absolute maximum of 100 properties
- A Principal who is 100% focussed on building a high-quality rent roll – we do not take on Landlords who are not as committed to the maintenance and capital improvement of their asset as we are (we are not about just building ‘numbers’)
- A qualified builder conducting routine inspections and annual inspections providing a full maintenance report for our clients to maximise their investment.
- Procedures and systems that have been developed by a leading industry expert.

Ideally you will have a fantastic working knowledge of Property Tree and the REIT inspection app. Previous extensive experience in other property management software and the ability to quickly transition to Property Tree will be considered.
As Property Management is in its relative infancy you will also be expected to have a high level of enthusiasm to implementing established policies and procedures and branding – Your opinion will be highly valued, and your contributions recognised and rewarded.
You will be provided with a fully maintained vehicle with full personal use and a mobile telephone. Salary renumeration will be commensurate to experience and discussed at interview or call Angelina for a confidential conversation prior to application.
