We are fast growing, highly reputable and centrally located boutique agency in the Hills District and looking for a Property Manager to join our fun and supportive team with attractive remuneration. If you are an enthusiastic person with a positive and can-do attitude, this could be the role for you.
This role will include but not limited to:
- Effectively liaise with landlords, tenants and other business stakeholders
- Conduct open for inspection property viewings
- Managing tenant applications and reference checking
- Preparing and managing all lease agreements
- Organise routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Day to day repairs and maintenance duties
- Arrears management
- Making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Organising insurance claims
- Prepare bond lodgement and bond claims
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Have the ability to handle difficult situations and think outside the box
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current real estate certificate of registration and Driver's license
