We are fast growing, highly reputable and centrally located boutique agency in the Hills District and looking for a Property Manager to join our fun and supportive team with attractive remuneration.  If you are an enthusiastic person with a positive and can-do attitude, this could be the role for you.

 

This role will include but not limited to:

  • Effectively liaise with landlords, tenants and other business stakeholders
  • Conduct open for inspection property viewings
  • Managing tenant applications and reference checking
  • Preparing and managing all lease agreements
  • Organise routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Day to day repairs and maintenance duties
  • Arrears management
  • Making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
  • Attend tribunal hearings when required
  • Organising insurance claims
  • Prepare bond lodgement and bond claims

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

  • Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
  • Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
  • Have the ability to handle difficult situations and think outside the box
  • High attention to detail for processes and procedures
  • Have a current real estate certificate of registration and Driver's license
