Ongoing contract for Senior Property Manager in Sydney CBD up to $60 p/h

An exciting and rare opportunity for an outstanding Senior Property Manager to join a market leader in the commercial / retail space.

Your new role

• Supervise the Property team
• Manage the day to day activities of a broad commercial/ retail portfolio
• Manage transactions including lease assignments and compliance management
• Manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
• Cover core property management duties such as finance and reporting
• Develop and implement initiatives, work practices, procedure and policies
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• 5 years’ experience in a Property Manager position is preferrable
• Previous experience in a supervisor/ team leader position
• Professional tertiary qualification in property or relevant discipline
• Holder of a current real estate license or certificate of registration
• Customer service focused with strong business acumen
• Ability to interact successfully at a senior manager level
