Their expertise in management and consultancy extends to all facets of strata, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, community schemes and Building Management Committees.
About The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Strata Manager to join their company in Parramatta, NSW, with the potential to earn an Attractive Negotiable Salary Based on Your Experience + Superannuation + Bonus Scheme.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a client portfolio of around 70 and build relationships through providing and delivering excellent customer service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Respond to phone, email and written communication promptly
- Prepare budgets and financials and assist with agendas and minute taking
- Conducting meetings with clients and following up with correspondence
- 2 + years strata experience with strong legislation knowledge
- Ability to prioritise workload with strong administration experience
- Will be an excellent communicator and resolution focused
- Must have a current drivers licence
