About the Client: 
A boutique, small knit firm offering a warming & welcoming team. They have now opened the opportunity for a Building Manager to be heavily involved in the operation of Melbourne's most prestigious Eastern Development.

What you need:
As Building Manager, your responsibilities will include managing essential services, customer service, managing the cleaners and concierge staff, plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, liaising with the Owners Corporation and in general ensuring a safe, friendly and managed environment for building residents. With a 24/7 Concierge on site, you are not be expected to be on call for emergencies or general inquiries etc. 

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

• A Minimum of 2/3 Year's experience as a Building Manager
• Strong Customer Service Skills with a Proven Track Record of Delivery
• Residential Apartment Building Management Experience
• The Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
• First Class Relationship Building Skills
• Leadership skills and experience to manage a small team
