Based in Parramatta this government department requires a Property Officer to work in the Property Branch.
You will be required to carry out various functions whilst the organisation is transitioning into a new structure.
They are looking for the following skills and attributes:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Adaptable with a tenacious attitude
• Property sales experience and a knowledge of the conveyancing process
Your main duties will be -
• List property sales via online management system
• Liaising with real estate agents and panel solicitors
• Obtaining quotes and arranging clearance of contents
• Managing repairs for client properties prior to sale
• Administrative duties as required
This is a fantastic opportunity if you have experience within the commercial real estate sector, with experience in property management and some sales.
