The Position

This Team Leader position is an important role in the business and will see you taking the lead on a valuable portfolio. Your core focus on the landlord side will be to develop and maintain relationships with landlords who have been loyal to this agency over a considerable amount of time, whilst overseeing a Property Manager, Leasing Consultant and Accounts person. An important part of the position is provide outstanding service and to grow and mentor your team.

  • Manage the key clientele in a POD structured system
  • Mentor, coach and develop an experienced Property Manager, Leasing Consultant and Accounts person
  • Continue to build strong relationships with the landlords
  • Representing the property owner at tribunal hearings
  • Manage any urgent/escalated repair requests
  • No routines, no arrears, no condition reports and dedicated admin support!!


The Person

  • Experience as a Senior Property Manager ready to step up
  • Experience with REST
  • Experience mentoring and coaching staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Impeccable personal presentation
