Private Developer seeks a well-rehearsed and innovative Development Manager to aid in delivery of and iconic high end residential apartment complex, with varied project pipeline.

Our client is an innovative, forward thinking property developer, with extensive experience in a range of property developments in Sydney. They specialise in residential, retail and commercial mixed use developments, with an emphasis on enhancing the quality of life, whilst being eco-friendly and responsible.
Description
Duties and responsibilities will include overall planning, co-ordination and control of all projects undertaken by our client, from inception to completion aimed at meeting our client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable development and projects that will be completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
The duties and responsibilities shall generally include overseeing the following:
- Construction and Site Management
- Design Management and Project Planning/Scheduling
- Cost and Budget Management
- Conflict and Risk Management
- Safety Management
- Determination of Project Objectives and Plans
- Bid Management relating to proposed site acquisitions
- Optimisation of use of design, construction and consultants firms' skills and talents
- Enhancing project design and construction quality
- Cash flow Management
Profile
You will have a broad commercial and practical understanding of property development and the property market, with extensive experience in end to end delivery of high density residential projects, as well as:
- Proven experience delivering A Grade assets
- Experience managing project teams
- Relevant degree / tertiary qualification or construction background to match
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholders of all levels
